Information: Check-in starts at 7:30 am. No setup or breakdown during craft hours, 9 am-3 pm. All participants must provide their own means of an attractive display, sturdy enough to withstand crowds, wind, and other weather conditions. Please have a weight solution for each tent leg, as the setup for the tents will be on the asphalt pavement. Portable toilets will be available on the day of the craft fair. There will be reserved parking for vendors and their trailers. Security will assist with parking.

Guidelines: There will be security on the day of the fair; however, Alcoa Maryville Church of God is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of wares, equipment, or vehicles. All crafts must not promote anything contrary to the church’s standard, i.e., no pride, drugs or alcohol, foul language, or elaborating on the dead. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus. No refund will be issued unless the event is canceled due to weather and absolutely no breaking down before 3:00 p.m. is permitted. Please check
